Delivery Options
- 📦 UK Standard Delivery: £4.99 — 2–4 working days
- 🚀 UK Next Day Delivery: £6.99 — 1–2 working days (order by 11am GMT)
- 💌 Free UK Delivery: on orders over £100
- ⚡ EU Express Delivery: £23.99 — 2-11 working days (DDU)
- 🌍 EU Standard Delivery: £15.99 — 3–17 working days (DDU)
- ✈️ International: £15.99–£30 — 2–17 working days
Please note international orders may incur customs or VAT fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office. Once an order is handed to the courier, it is no longer our responsibility.
Processing Times
All bags are handmade to order. Standard processing time is 1 week. For Next Day Delivery, your item is processed within 1 day.
Returns & Refund Policy
Every item is handmade with care and made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns unless your item is faulty or not as described. If there's an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Your rights as a consumer still apply under law, including eligibility for refund, replacement, or repair for faulty goods.
