How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are generally processed within 3-5 working days. If you have placed an order during our busiest periods such as restock days, orders can take 5-10 working days to process.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns due to the handmade nature of our bags. Should an issue arise please don't hesitate to contact us.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery services to most countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your region. You can also view rates under our Shipping Policy. Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. Our beads are sourced from Lagos, Nigeria and the bags are produced in London, England.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you take custom orders?

How will I know if the bag I want fits a phone?
Our bags are statement pieces, they are not designed to carry everything. Most styles will not fit a standard phone like an iPhone. Please check the 'What Fits Inside' section under product details before purchasing.
