We package and ship all orders with care, using fully tracked delivery services. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: International orders (including EU) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, which are not included in your shipping cost. These are charged by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. If the DDP option is selected (available only for US customers currently), then no fees will be payable at time of delivery. 

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier.

Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days. Delays can occur during customs processing. 

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned, we can only issue a refund for the product costs not the shipping costs. If the product is abandoned, no refund can be issued. If there is a charge to receive the product back, the package will be abandoned and no refund will be issued. 

If a parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier but has not been received, an investigation will be opened with the courier. During this process, refunds or replacements cannot be issued until the investigation is complete and the outcome confirmed.

If a parcel is officially confirmed as lost by the courier, an appropriate resolution will be offered.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link once it is dispatched.
