We package and ship all orders with care, using fully tracked delivery services. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: International orders (including EU) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees, which are not included in your shipping cost. These are charged by your country’s customs office and are the customer’s responsibility. Once an order is handed to the courier, it is no longer our responsibility. Most orders arrive within 5-8 business days. Delays can occur during customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. If you refuse to pay these charges and the package is returned or abandoned, we cannot issue a refund.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking link once it is dispatched. Some bags are handmade to order. Orders placed with Next Day Delivery are processed on the same day.
